Mix the measured Isabgol in a full glass (200 ml) of lukewarm water, milk, or fruit juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately before the mixture thickens. Timing of Consumption For constipation relief: Take once daily, preferably at bedtime after dinner. For general digestion and fiber support: Take once or twice daily, 30 minutes after meals.
