Each powder dissolves instantly in hot water to create a powerful severe cold and flu medicine. These packets provide pain relief, sore throat relief, headache relief, and cough relief. Each dose delivers multi-symptom relief via acetaminophen (pain reliever/fever reducer) plus either diphenhydramine or dextromethorphan HBr (cough suppressant).
