Each capsule contains 500mg Olive Leaf Extract (OleuroPure™ full-spectrum standardized to at least 40% total Olive Polyphenols and at least 25% Oleuropein); 50mg Olive Fruit Extract (OleuroPure™ full-spectrum standardized to at least 20% total Hydroxytyrosol Complex and at least 16% pure Hydroxytyrosol). Both extracts are from authentic Olea Europaea olive trees grown in Spain.
Directions
Take 1 capsule per day for Mediterranean Diet benefits. THERAPEUTIC DOSAGE: Take 3 or more capsules per day. May be taken with food. May be taken at any time of day. Best taken 2 or 3 times per day. INSTRUCTIONS: Start slowly. These are more potent than ordinary olive leaf extract. You may experience flu-like symptoms if pathogens die off faster than the body flushes them out. This is a sign that it is working. To reduce this detox effect, drink plenty of water and temporarily reduce dosage.
