Each serving provides 6 grams of BCAAs in a 3:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine, along with 3 grams of glutamine, 2 grams of beta-alanine, 2 grams of Carnipure L-carnitine L-tartrate, 1.5 grams of betaine, 1 gram of taurine, and 5.3 milligrams of BioPerine. It also includes 2 grams of creatine hydrochloride, a highly soluble form that mixes cleanly. Stir one scoop into 16 to 24 ounces of water, preferably within 30 minutes after your workout, and sip it over 15 to 30 minutes. The 21.2 ounce container is made for men and women supporting their recovery.
