Each serving combines 6 grams of branched-chain amino acids in a 3:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine with glutamine, beta-alanine, L-carnitine L-tartrate, betaine, taurine, and 2 grams of creatine hydrochloride, a highly soluble form that mixes clean. It is designed to support lean muscle growth and post-workout recovery for men and women. To use it as a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop into 16 to 24 ounces of water, preferably within 30 minutes after your workout, and drink it over 15 to 30 minutes. The tub contains 22.2 ounces of powder.
