Each serving size (2 capsules) contains: Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5’ phosphate) 3.3 mg, Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 200 mcg, 5-Hydroxytryptophan 50 mg, DL-Phenylalanine 250 mg, Relora patented proprietary blend (Magnolia bark extract and Phellodendron bark extract) 175 mg, Sensoril Trim ashwagandha extract (root and leaf) 75 mg, Rhodiola extract (root) 75 mg. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), modified food and corn starch, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily, with or before meals.
