SUGGESTED USE: Take with or without food. Start by taking 1 serving each day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day as desired. HOW MUCH TO TAKE? You'll know you're taking enough when your bowels are well formed and require very little toilet paper. DRINK IMMEDIATELY AFTER MIXING: Stir briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of liquid such as apple juice. For easiest mixing, shake in a closed jar. *** Drink immediately *** If product is too thick when consuming, add more liquid and stir. Follow with a glass of water.
