Directions
Take 1-3 capsules daily after a meal for best results. Be careful not to take these capsules on an empty stomach to prevent discomfort. After your evening meal is a good choice. Also, avoid taking large doses of GG&T if you are taking warfarin or a similar medicine for blood thinning. Consult with your doctor first.
